The Roots Program
The Roots Program helps families stay together when there are concerns about a child's safety. Children live at our Roots Home, while parents care for them daily with our team's support. We address risks, create a plan for safe reunification, and provide the necessary resources and services to help families make lasting changes. Our goal is safe family reunification, focusing on strengthening relationships, life skills, and overall wellness, while respecting cultural needs. Our team collaborates closely with social workers and families to achieve the best outcomes.
The Moss Program
The Moss Program is a supported and guided family visit program grounded in relationships and healing. It offers a safe, structured, and culturally rooted space where parents and children can reconnect, practice being together in a meaningful way, and work toward safe reunification. Each session is shaped by clear goals, trauma-informed practice, and gentle coaching so that families are not only observed, but truly supported in growing their skills, confidence, and connection.
Support for Parents
The Parent Accountability Drop-In Drug Screening Program supports you in maintaining a healthy lifestyle for your family. We offer flexible, confidential screenings to help you stay on track and show your commitment to your personal healing journey.
Our Parent Advocate and Support Program provides guidance and encouragement throughout your journey. Our Team listens, supports, and equips you with the tools you need to overcome challenges and build a brighter future. We can also help you understand your social worker's expectations, ensuring you're informed and confident. We’re here to help you succeed every step of the way.
