The Roots Program helps families stay together when there are concerns about a child's safety. Children live at our Roots Home, while parents care for them daily with our team's support. We address risks, create a plan for safe reunification, and provide the necessary resources and services to help families make lasting changes. Our goal is safe family reunification, focusing on strengthening relationships, life skills, and overall wellness, while respecting cultural needs. Our team collaborates closely with social workers and families to achieve the best outcomes.

Our Team listens, supports, and equips you with the tools you need to overcome challenges and build a brighter future.
